Busy nights Included in every plan

Walk-ins and phone orders, same flow

A staff pad built for speed: tap in a walk-in or phone order in seconds, recall regulars by the last digits of their number, and it all joins the same kitchen queue as online.

The counter, without the chaos

Fast by design

Big targets, the whole menu two taps deep, customise anything — built for one-handed speed between customers.

Regulars by number

Type the last digits of a phone number and their name and address come back. “The usual” gets faster every week.

One queue for everything

Phone, walk-in, online, kiosk — one kitchen queue, one set of numbers, no double-keying into a separate till.

When you need it

The night the phone won't stop ringing while a queue forms at the counter. Until then, the same orders can go through the manager view on your one device — the pad is there when volume justifies a dedicated screen.

Already included in your £10/month. Switch it on when the shop needs it.

How it works

  1. Open the counter view

On the counter tablet or the shop phone — it's a login, not a device.

  2. Take the order

    Walk-in, phone-for-collection or phone-for-delivery; cash or card.

  3. It joins the flow

Straight onto the kitchen screen and the customer's tracker like any other order.

Good to know

Is this a till (EPOS)?
It's the ordering half of one — orders, customers and kitchen flow. It doesn't try to be your cash drawer or stock system.
Can it take card payments over the phone?
Not yet by design (card-over-phone has real fraud rules) — phone orders are cash or pay-on-collection today, with pay-by-link on the roadmap.
